Engine will run the same....as both heads make within 2hp of each other

GSR P72 head brings up compression by 0.1 and has square quench bowls...a little better for boosting

B16A PR3 head is more common and has more intake manifold options

Intake, header, exhaust. Then a single plane intake manifold. Then a tune

If it has the b16 head, he doesn't need a "single plane" manifold. I great header, Skunk2 stage 2 cams with a good cold air intake system. Don't forget to get a 2 3/4 exhaust. Good luck
