Default Timing Issue

If the timing belt on a F22a6 jumped 4 teeth at idle do you guys think there would be any bent valves? I just changed the head and I dont want to have to pull the head back off just to look at the valves. I figured I could just reset the timing and be good to go since it jumped only at idle. The car was idling fine for about 20 mins until it jumped timing then it cut off. Any ideas?

Reset the timing belt, warm engine up, do compression check.
