recently put a mini me in my 1995 civic ex. D16Z6 vtec head on a D16Y7 non vtec block with a p28 ECU.
CEL (code 14: idle air control valve or bad ECM) keeps coming up. went to the junk yard and got a new IACV and is still doing it. put my ECU in my friends car who has a vtec D16Z6. checked the voltage .27. don't know what else to do. im seriously getting tired of dealing with the piece of ****.
also when the car is cold is idles at 1500 funny. when it warms up it idles fine between 1000-1100. and when you hold the accelerator at a steady pace, it starts idleing funny again. also when i turn on my head lights on, it starts to idle at 500.....

PLEEEEEASE HELP.
