b20 vtec turbo S300 Help!
I have a 94 civic cx with a b20 vtec turbo.
Stock b20 block
stock b16 vtec head
t3t4 turbo
hks bov
aem feul rail
DSM 460cc injectors
stock map sensor
I've been working on this swap for over a year and can't seem to get it right, all I have right now is a base map to run on, but even on that, the car should start and idle.
I am getting fuel and spark at all of plugs.
New:
Dizzy
injectors
map sensor
plugs
On the graph it shows I'm getting any between 7. - 8. ms on fuel and IGN just stay's at -4 the whole time. I was told I could have the dizzy 180* out but I've tried moving it and still it's the same.
I have data log's if anyone wants to help me and and take a look, I'm not getting any IGN on the graph. But I'm getting spark to all 4 plugs and its a brand new dizzy.

I've never been on a forum that moves this fast, my bad for not wanting my thread to end up on page 44.

What have you done? What have you tried for a fix in this past year? Injectors spraying? Timing correct? Complete setup IN DETAIL. Is there a reason you just haven't taken it to a shop by now?
There isn't any shop's around here that know what they're doing.
I had this whole setup in a 91 crx si and it worked perfect, the shell was just rusted out bad so I swapped everything to this EG.

as you can see, while I'm trying to crank the car I have plenty of feul, but no ignition....But I'm getting spark at the plugs.....what the hell?
Someone said it was the injectors at one point, because it was idling but would cut out and die if you gave it any throttle at all. Also sometimes the car would have fuel, sometimes it wouldnt. so I replaced the injectors, now I'm getting good ready fuel flow.
Someone said it sounded like a map sensor, so I bought a new one....
someone said it sounded like my dizzy was going out, so I bought a new one.
In the beginning I had a s200, someone said it was my ecu, so I bought another p28 and sent it to Hondata for them to install a brand new s300.

Oh, my tial bov was leaking, someone said a boost leak like that could cause it not to run, so I bought a HKS bov.
I bought all new fittings and hoses and done a boost leak test and fixed all leaks.
I have done alot, so much I can't even remember, this has been a on going thing for over a year...
