Icon2 Radio Problems

Daughter has a 92 civic. I'm trying to put in a new radio. The wire that supposed to have constant power has none. What's the problem

its cut somewhere farther back or a fuse is blown.

Check whether the 7.5A hood Back Up fuse is blown.
