I have a 92 civic hatch and just did a wire tuck with a rywire harness. Everything is fine but my radio does not turn on. I have checked the 7.5 fuse in the hood fuse box and the 15 fuse under the steering column. The radio works in another car. My radio worked before the wire tuck. Thanks to anyone in advance!

Fuse 23 or fuse 32.

I've seen you post those fuses to check in another thread and I have checked them, replaced them, and still get nothing. They do not blow when I replace them, yet I still get no power to radio.

Remove radio. Test the two wires from fuses 23 and 32 for voltage.
