Depends on alot. Whats your setup/How much power you making? Valve cover and block vented?

For 500-600whp setups, two -10AN on the block and two on the valve cover should be good. The more ventilation = less pressure in your crankcase which is a good thing.

i think -10 is good to go if you are using all 6ports (4vc,2block)

-10 is fine, most people use -10 instead of -12 because of costs. Plenty of guys making over 1000hp with -10 catch cans. I honestly don't think there's much of a big difference between them as far as performance, 1/8ths of an inch is not much.

-10 lines is all you need. -12 lines will make no differance in performance imo

I run two -10 lines from the back of the block to one can, and two -10's on the valve cover to a separate can. Plenty of ventilation IMO. And for what it's worth, I run a pretty loose p/w clearance, and I still haven't had any issues...

I have 4 -12's.
2 on the valve cover 2 on the back of the block 1 is used as a drain back.
