Guys,I'm putting in the afc-circuit on my car but need the help on figuring our what color some of the wires are on the ECU, does anyone know a website that gives a diagram or schematic for a 1996 obd-2 gsr ecu? TIA, i already did a search but no results BTW, id there isn't a diagram would somebody know what the underlined ............

Yellow wire to = Output to ECU

Orange wire goes to = Input from MAP sensor

Red wire to= +5 volt suppy (MAP supply)

Black wire to = ground

o2 Board:

Brown wire to = to ECU, second o2 sensor

Blue wire to = Input from first o2 sensor

Green wire to= +12 volts, switched

White wire to= 2nd o2 sensor ground

to be completey honest, you're just making it harder then it should be...pull the plugs from the ecu, and just do it....don't go by the colors of the wires because many have the same colors but different thickness of each color on the wire...(did that make sense? i'm tired) http://www.apexi.com good luck

I just asked a simple question regarding some wire colors, my local automotive shops does not have any helms manuals, all they have are the basic Chilton's manual and they don't have the wiring diagram for the ECU on them, I just ordered a helms offline from Amazon.com but I didn't feel like waiting another week to have my car running right and nobody can look in their Helms for me to look up 4-8 wire codes? That's pretty shitty, I thought superhonda was bad, but some people just want to prove how little people they want to help, sorry i'm not a honda gods like you two and have every single damn manual for all my my vehicles, but one day you guys will need the help, whether it be in automobiles or in life and I hope I'm there to turn you down or brush you aside as you've done to me Afterall the forums are for help aren't they?

But I cant help you because, for one, Ive never installed the Apex unit. If I gave you info I would be lying to you, and I dont want to give you false info.
