Default Retarded 2 step FTW

I beleive my hatch was tuned on either Neptune or Ectune, not sure Bc i bought the car already boosted but my 2-step sounds SLOW and RETARDED.... Ive heard cars tuned on chrome and they are more fast paced and shooting flames and **** , so my question is ..is there any way of making my 2step more NATSY sounding ? Or do I have to go with a completly different tune and program ?

Get it checked out by a tuner. You'd need to have the settings changed, but it also has a lot to do with the setup. You may already be on crome since you're not sure.

When I was on Neptune, the 2-step at 3000 rpms sounded "weaker" compared to when it was set at 5000rpms. What are you set at?

^^ what he said... same thing on my ls turbo on hondata... night and day difference between 3300 rpm where i originally had it to get used to it, to 5800 where it worked best for me... anything over that would be immediate cv shaft annihilation haha

The RPM when 2-step limit engages makes a huge difference in how fast it "snaps". Higher RPM will be a much faster "limit" if you will..

So have them adjust the settings, as mentioned before. That doesn't require a retune.

I can't imagine he'd want much to adjust simple 2-step settings. The NepTune dealer list is on the website, as mentioned in my signature.

You need to be a dealer to reprogram the chips. Not going to work.

Only a Neptune dealer can program chips with the Neptune software. Your best option is going to be to contact the dealer who tuned your car and have them make the necessary changes.
