Default Thoughts & opinions on motor issues

I have a b17 i recently built that starts up with a cloud of blue smoke. The smoke only happens during inital acceleration at a stop light and start up. I came to the conclusion of it being valve stem seals but those and the guides were changed with supertech parts. Btw the head is a 99 si head and the motor has about 1200 miles on it. Here is the build below with compression and leakdown numbers. All thought and opinons will be appreciated.

Compression 220 230 230 230

Leakdown 20% 15% 15% 15% and can be heard through the intake manifold when t/b is opened

-B17a with pr3 pistons .50 over
-Skunk2 manifold (old style) ported runners. Still runing pcv
-itr cams with dual inner springs on exhaust side
-stock valves and retainers with supertech valve seals and guides
-comptech header
-2 1/4 piping with hollowed cat with magnaflow muffler

First thing Id do is run some sort of crankcase ventilation system. Let the crankcase breathe so your not forcing oil into your intake via the factory pvc system...

Have you inspected your valveguide seals yet? Just a visual?
Oil pooling inside your intake manifold?
Your leakdown numbers are a little higher than desired too..

I was thinking the guides were'nt intalled right and are causing the seals to mess up also causing higher leakdown numbers. I will take a look into the manifold to see if i am getting oil in it. Thanks for your imput
