I replaced the main relay , ecu, injectors. I have tested the dizzy it does get power, The fuel pump doesnt prime, Also the The dash lights for oil and check engine light are Lit up but dim when the key is removed, i unplug ecu and the check engine light goes out and the oil one goes out when i removed the sensor, All the fuses are good. i also check the fuel pump it gets no power. I do have the thermostat and valve ground on good, Any help would be great.

Additional info its a b18b1 (obd2) in a 91 civic hatch.

I was thinking if i cant figure it out id just buy a obd2 wireing harness and ecu and replace my old harness

 

Check the altornator Fuse under the dash if it is blown the fuel pump won't prime and dizzy will not get spark eaither..

 

Replaced the fuse and nothing

 

Any other ideas I'm stumped
