Default Leaking passenger side axle

So ive been noticing oil running down the seam of my trans for awhile now and I could never figure out what the hell it was. I know my trans wasnt leaking because I had it on my garage floor for 2 months when I was building my motor and there was never oil under it.

I finally got to look at it with the car up in the air and noticed a tiny bit of oil leaking around the axle, and there is also a bit leaking out of the linkage.

the axle is new and I double checked that its jammed all the way in there.

Maybe its got to much oil in the trans? anyone got an idea?

It doesnt leak enough to leave a puddle or anything like that

There are axle seals and a manual shift rod has a seal as well. Leaking should be fixed, if it's seeping, it's up to you.
