I had to do a tuning in a 5th gen turbo prelude, and had the same problem.... We called spolling performance and said that their manifolds arent supposed to be heat-wrapped... weird.. but thats what they said... maybe the op's manifold follows the same principle....
Mishimoto products only gave me headaches all the time, and thats why i switched to fluedyne... you wont believe how many hot ect's ive solved by just doing that.
Are you sure that the ECT sender to the cluster is reading fine? maybe thats not the temperature in reality... were are you getting the data from? ems? in which case which EMS are you using?

You need a better intake/filter for the Turbo inlet. Right now you are sucking hot air right off the radiator. The best setup would be a custom fabricated cold air style tube that has a filter that can suck the coolest air possible form the fender or bumper area.

sorry i have no space for Air Intake :-/
What i DO recommend is putting heat blanket over the turbo.
Good luck

is your intercooler completely blocking the front of the radiator? can you take a pic of the front of the car?
on a couple of the high hp integra's ive tuned they had huge intercoolers blocking the front of the radiator and we ended up using a hole saw and cutting holes into the front bumper to get enough air to the radiator to keep it from getting hot.

if you can get a slim fan mounted on the front of the radiator to push air and leave the other one to pull air it will help....you may still need to punch holes into the bumper above the intercooler in front of the radiator.
before you start cutting,(i did by the way) go to Team Integra and look at all the fixes for hot engine after adding turbos. I think most who boost have a problem with temps until they find a way to fix it. Most with your set up and a good shroud and a spal fan dont have probs. Some have had to add oil coolers. There are about 10 fixes all vary by cost, time, looks. Personally I wanted to take a can opener to my hood. GL this is the very first time I have ever heard any negative feedback about heat wrap i am still going to wrap up my manifold and turbo.
