help me out is this an ebay cartridges i bought it from an ht fellow. Did he scammed me since it have no garrett badge on it he claim it a dual bb gt3582r from garrett. It got gt35rle .60ar compressor housing and exhaust size it have .63ar i think

35 r has a .70 a/r front housing, it may be a gt30r althought it looks to have a standard front housing ( not anit-serge)

 

Turbine housing looks to be a true 3" GT 4-bolt. So far looks legit. The badge has only a small rivet holding it on, having them pop off isn't that hard.

From the back, looks like either a GT3040R, GT3582R

From what you've presented, yes. In fact those look like the Precision 8mm hex bolts that are used on the turbine housing. you should be pretty good to go here.
