IS THIS A REAL GARRETT? HELP LIKE NOW
PLEASE TELL IF THIS IS A GOOD TURBO OR NOT.. THANKS
SPECS:
Garrett T3/T04E upgrade Hybrid turbocharger
Compressor: 60AR
Exh. 84AR
Compressor : Exducer 75mm, Inducer 56mm
Exhaust housing side: Exducer:58mm, Inducer 73mm
Standard T3 flange with v-band flange
Oil cooled

Looks ok.... Did you but it from an authorized retailer?
Send the serial number to garret and ask them?

Looks real to me... Can you post a closer pic of the silver tag on the compressor housing. If turbo's are rebuilt some companies put there tag in place of the previous tag.

Thats not a real garrett, like you said just look at the lettering. lol ive never seen a garrett turbo with letting all messed up like that plus the letters are always casted into the housing not engraved into a raised section like that

this is not a real garrett, and even if it was why would you buy a remanufactured turbo when a brand new one is only like $150 more.
