Default d16y8 head on a d16z6 block

i need some help i have been trying to see if this is worth doing as my stock z6 head is going to come off i can pick up my buddies y8 head for the same price of fixing the z6 i would like to no if it is a worth while swap and the pros and cons of doing any help is welcomed

please help

you can get it to work but the cams dont line up the same way, why not just fix your z6 head and slap it back on. what do you have to fix on it

valve seals valve springs cam shaft journel number 2 an lifters i may as im just ya no toying with the idea
