Default d16z6 with y8 head

so i recently found out my car has a d16z6 block and a d16y8 head i bought it about a month go and just started the engine work is the y8 head good or should i swap it for the z6 head i guess whats a better option.

To answer your question keep the Y8 head, it'll be fine.

so then when looking for parts that go to the head like cam gear and stuff like that should it be the y8 stuff
