Default Ractive FPR

has neone here installed a ractive FPR?? i tried today and i dont think ive ever had so much trouble...first off the pressure gauge it comes with doesnt even read any pressure..then worst of all i COULD NOT get my idle to stabilize...yeah this is my first time putting in an aftermarket FPR so if neone can help me out and give me sum instructions on how u did ur install please post...

Try your very very best to stay away from cheap made China parts. These products never fit properly, and although the manufaturers claim a verifiable "dynoed" gain, most of them don't even know what a dyno is. They simply take a US R&D'd product and feably attempt to copy and mass produce.

To more specifically answer your question, the springs in cheap FPRs are not much better than those found in push-type ball point pens. Hence, they cannot properly hold a steady fuel pressure.

As for your gauge, check for any debris blocking the passag to the gauge.
