Default help on choosing a head gasket

whats a good head gasket with a good price to put on a boosted b16...motor: sleeved, 83mm wiseco pistons, eagle rods, skunk2 pro1 cams, still being built but i was just wondering what a good head gasket was and not too sure how much boost ill be running yet prob around 16lbs

OEM with ARP headstuds. 16lbs doesn't mean anything. To have it installed? $$$$

But if you're taking it to the shop to get all that work done, like you said in the other thread, they can do all the engine building for you. Why don't you ask the shop all these things?
Pardon me for saying but if you're trying to build a motor for boost and you don't even know what HG to buy you're in trouble.

Not on 16lbs of boost (on a yet unidentified turbo setup) with a horsepower goal of 500 STREETABLE horsepower. Another pipe dreamer.

where does he say 500hp? did he delete it after getting ripped?

what works and what's better are two different things. permatex if you're short on cash, oem/reputable aftermarket (spoon) if you want it done right.

Permatex was a joke, OEM is best.

Spoon = remanufactured/reengineered OE Honda parts

doesn't the spoon one increase compression by .1? i read that somewhere. i couldn't find any other reason why people would use it.
