Default searched, weird grease coming from valve cover breather

my b18a1 has a weird white lithium grease like substance coming from the breather and going into my air intake. when i ran the motor with my finger in front of the line there were slight drops of what appeared to be water coming out. there is no coolant in my oil, my over flow is bone dry and the temp always stays at normal operating temp.

any ideas of what it could be? i can get pics if necessary

i did search and could not find any similar problems

also i do have my throttle cable adjusted so that it holds slightly open because my iacv is bad and wont hold a steady idle at all and will stall if it is at normal specs. i dont know if that has anything to do with this current problem

also there is a slight smell of gas coming valve cover right after its ran when you take off the oil cap. could this mean i need new valve seats or a valve job?

the compression ran 210 straight across the board when i checked it last month
