Default Condensation in Valve Cover???

I have a 97 GSR and I have been getting condensation in my valve cover. I have replaced the valve cover and it still happens. I currently have a breather valve filter. There is also water that getting into my oil breather box on the back of the block. I am pretty sure that it is not coolant it does not smell like coolant and there is actually water, in the valve cover. The oil in the pan is clean, there is no water there. Does anyone have any clue why this is happening?

Thanks in advance!
Kevin
