JRSC overheat?

Default JRSC overheat?

Hey everyone, i just bought a JRSC used and the main thing i did was checked to see it felt good when rotating. Later on we looked inside and noticed that it was peeling which i was told isnt anything too serious.... but it might have been overheated and had the rotors expand can anyone tell me if i should be rebuilding it or not? Currently only have one picture will update more tomorrow.

The peeling is of the teflon coating on the rotors. It happens when you overheat the blower and the rotors expand beyond spec. The blower likely does not need to be rebuilt, but the rotors should be pulled, stripped, and re-coated.

I've used the High Speed Lab in the past. They are reasonably priced.

the dangerous thing about the blower overheating is the fact that it can warp the case out of round, and then it would need to be remachined
