I'm getting code 14 on my b18c it has hesitation at low rpm after about 1100 rpm it'll pull fine but when I switch the chipped p28 with a stock p28 the hesitation is gone but the idle fluctuates it's annoying I get no codes on the stock p28 I've been thru 2 chipped ecus they do the exact same thing I put it in a properly running b-series it runs fine.

I've clean the iacv
The tps is in spec
Coolant temp sensor is new also
New thermostat
New plugs and wires

I don't know what else to do it's driving me insane lol
