Crappy fuel mileage erratic idle b18c no codes
My jdm b18c is getting pretty crappy fuel mileage 200 to a tank...if that it was better when I first got it but has gotten worse the idle is erratic doesn't always vary in the same range which I think is strange on my chipped p28 it had one spot where it jerked in the powerband @ 1100 rpm so I put a stock ecu in it till I troubleshooted the problem it also threw code 14 and yes I already cleaned the iacv and throttle body it dosent run bad or hesisitate with the p28
Anyway something leads me to believe it's the fuel pressure regulator or maybe the o2 sensor but I'm really not too sure

Also forgot to mention that for some reason I've never seen or heard the fan run it don't get hot it warms up to operating temp I dunno why the fan don't run tho maybe something to do with the problem I'm having....
