i want know what i need to file my rings to 83mm gsr block for turbo goal 30psi 700whp????????

Multiply bore x .055" for a booster street and strip application. Or bore x .060 for a race application

street/track am at 83mm now i need top ring gap and sec ring gap please thanks.

Maybe im an idiot (doubtfull) but i do alot of engines and they like it tighter than that... im normally around 22 and 20 or even 20 and 18 on some of my own engines and they love it

You will get a million different answers on this topic... some say bottom should be wider some say top should be wider! I personally go with smaller gap on top and then bigger gap on bottom. somewhere along the lines of .022 top and .025 bottom should be fine for a street car making around 600whp if you wanna make more power then open them up a little bit. maybe around .024 and .027

I dont get why u would want more blow by... i guess this is why everyone has these elaborate catch cans for cars making 750hp and less

depends on fuel used also....
not only whp but also torque and afr plays a factor....

it's all about heat

i'd rather run it slightly loose then finding out it was too little gap tough
