I have the same problem with a newly acquired EG hatch. I haven't had time to check the actual cause yet but I've narrowed down to a few possibilities. First off, if car's not overheating, then your radiator is fine.

From my experience (on an S2000), it could be air in the coolant lines, a bad heater core, pinched /clogged heater hose, a temp control issue, or the cable connected to the temp controls or heater contol valve can be broken/not opening This won't let the hot coolant into the heater core, which your blower/fan blows air through into the cabin.

just my .02

Edit: Unless you're talking about the heater core/heat exchanging "radiator", it might be that. But not the radiator in front of the car, if again, your car is not overheating.

My civic actually might have a bad heater core.. It only did it one day when it never blew hot air, but maybe the mechanism inside that flips the vents around to circulate hot or cold might of got stuck.

Defenately check the smaller collant hoses entering through the firewall and feel if both are "hot" to the touch. (of course once your engine has been running.)

Same thing happened to me when I didn't mix water in with the coolant after draining it. My mix is approx 60/40 (water/coolant) now, and it's fixed. I'd suggest draining some coolant, adding water, burping the system, and repeating until you have heat. Unless it's obviously not fixing the problem...but as long as you collect your coolant you can always put it back in.
