I have a b18b1 block and it has a b20z head. I was told I really shouldnt boost it because of the b20z head dont hold boost well. So I have decided to supercharge it and also really want to upgrade my cams. I really want the car to have a real deep rumble to it. It has a greddy can with 4-1 headers.

Also what else should I upgrade to be able to run about 15lbs on the super charger.

The car was already swapped when I got it, so I know nothing of the internals. However it has stock cam gears so im guessing everything is stock. So let me know what you think I should do. Im really trying to get about 400hp w/o removing the motor, If thats possible lol. What do you suggest I do?

my thoughts:

1. never heard anyone say not to turbo a b20 head. i know people say the block is weaker due to its larger stock bore. but even thats kind of a myth IMO.

2. your perceptions of the supercharger are incorrect. a typical b-series makes about 240whp on a supercharger. i dont even think there is a honda supercharger capable of 400whp.
