Default b16a mods

hey guys im new to this forum and was wondering if u guys could assist me in my current car project.
i currently own a eg ballage with a b16a motor.the engine is stock. the only actual mods i have on the car is a branch 57 mm exhaust, dictator management and 4.7 final drive,my car did a 15.1 1/4 mile which is not too bad concidering the mods i have.
i recently bought buddy club cam gears, buddy club springs and retainers and blox spec 3 + cams . i was wondering wat other mods can i do to bring my 1/4 mile time down to about mid to low 14 s?

1. do i need to skim the head? if yes how many mm?
2.does port and polishing of the head actually make a difference?
3. would the skunk2 pro intake help?
4.ultra light fly wheel? is this a yes o no go?

ur help would really be appreciated.
THANKS

Those cams won't make any power unless you increase your compression.

For all the money you want to spend, why not get a bigger block?

The intake will help with a tune. More air + more fuel... You get the idea. A set of b16b pistons would make good gains (higher CR), and port and polishing heads will help the flow. If you are running a stock exaust manifold you will want to buy a good header for sure. The most important thing is the TUNE. Most bolt ons have minimal gains without a tune to account for them.

the B16A bottom end is as solid as they come especially na. its when people boost them is when they run into problems. Bigger pistons will get you the power your looking for and of course a tune like stated above to put everything in sync. If you have the money, a manifold and TB helps as well especially if they are port matched to one another and the mani to the head.
