Any CEL codes? If you have an FITV, try cleaning and adjusting it.

Does the CEL work? Do you have an FITV attached to the bottom of the throttle body?

The function of the FITV is to increase the idle speed when the engine is cold. Without an FITV, the engine may be difficult to start when cold.

Did you check/clean the FITV? You didn't say if you did or not. Maybe take the bypass OFF.

will try that today... but i dont see how from one day to the next it wont let it start when the 3 years before never had a problem..... i do have a clifford g5 and its not arming or anything as if it dead same time that my whole problem has started.... my grounds are good change spark plugs and wires everything seems right on the alarm wiring then again i didnt install it but once again this was an over night problem..... it did turn on with key one time just fooling around but again i let the car sit over night and next day all over again. cranks but wont turn on, battery good, fuel primes, spark is good im just completely stumped

ps my TB is that from a b16a2 which the FITV is part of the TB not like its another peice bolt on like some other TB's

You didn't mention anything about an alarm acting up prior to this. I doubt that this is coincidence and probably why you are "stumped".

i called the store that put the alarm and they said if my horn still works with the key turned to battery which it does then its not my alarm thats not letting it turn on... if my immobilizer was the reason it wouldnt turn on then how could i could push start it

I didn't say anything about an immobilzer did I? I said I don't think it's coincidence that your alarm decided to bite the dust at the same time you started having issues.
