First check for fuel... Is the car getting sufficient fuel. If so check for spark.
If u have spark n fuel. It might be a wiring or ecu issue

Just curious, why did you change the dizzy if you changed the ECU as well? What about spark plug cables plugged in out of order by any chance? Don't mean to say you don't know what you're doing, just details that may happen sometimes.

The h23 dizzy won't work with a f22 and the h23 ecu was feeding to much fuel to the engine and I've changed the wire it has a really good spark and I've look around on the firing order and every place I've looked came up the same and no offence taking any outside insight is helpful

The f22 has a plug were the knock sensor is on the h23 and the wiring harness on the h23 has a wire hanging for the knock sensor when the harness is connected to the f22 and I'm wondering if I need to switch out the harness cause I know the knock sensor can retard the timing
