I should know this but hey, I guess we can't know it all.

D16a and d16y have the same rod bearings and mains?

Cause I've got a y8 with a z6 crank. I would compare them but its at the machine shop getting bored and sleeved to handle the abuse I always put hondas through

 

Y8 and Z6 cranks are the same except for the Z6 have two oiling holes per journal compared to the Y8s one. Y7/Y8 cranks are the same.

 

I know that much. My question was are the crank journals the same for d16a and d16y or z
