z6 crank in y8??
I have a good y8 block but a fucked crank but i have a z6 crank. Are they the same thing?? They look exactly the same?? Only the oil holes look different?? Is there any problems if i run a z6 crank in a y8?? thanks!

Yes, they interchange. Basically, the only difference between the a6/z6 crank and y7/y8 crank is the a6/z6 has chamfered oiling holes and the y7/y8 does not. a6 and z6 are same part number, too...

So would a d16y8 benefit from the chamfered oiling holes? I would think so..
