B20B Idle Issues?

B20B Idle Issues?
Hey HT'ers,
Quick question...just purchased a DB8 w/a B20b in it. Upon start up the idle seems to bounce from 1000-1500rpms (but only when she's cold)
As the car warms up the idle settles down appropriately to 800rpm's and sits fine, w/a smooth idle.
Idle control valve issue guys?...anything else it could be in your opinion(s)?

Its really not your fault its just the integra forum is filled with these thread 5 times a day and it'll be bad it they start flooding here
