H-T'ers, i've had my EK for 4 months and haven't figured this out. passenger window doesnt go down!
here's some pics of the wiring when i took the door panel off. does something look out of place? or should i try buying a window regulator? plz help





as u can see there's 2 wires cut. could this be it?

 

Um. Why is the wiring all hacked up?

 

im guessing the previous owner attempted at doing the power window conversion himself??

driver side is okay thankfully- its just passenger side that needs jesus

 

Was the main switch on the driver's door turn off? This would make the passenger window unusable from the passenger switch.

 

no, thats the first thing i checked along with the fuses.
could it be the motor for the window is shot? or would it make some sort of noise

 

Does the motor get voltage with the switch on? Alternatively, run power directly from the battery to the motor. Does it run?

any1 know of a good place to buy a window regulator?
