Icon2 Swap suggestion

Hey guys it's bout that time of year when people make theirtaxes to get cash back...well I'm kinda excited cuz is the first time I'm bout to file my taxes just waiting on a form..well enough said hopefully with this cash back I'm finally able to get me a swap for my 97 civic ex. nothing big but nothing lame..for a minute I was thinking of just buying a rebuilt y8 but I want a Dohc any one would recommend a B20 or B18? Why those two you might say but it's because I'm not trying to go over 2200 bucks..so any of you guys would reccommend either or? And I want something that would be plug and play and strong good for the price ..thnx guys

I notice you're in CA. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but you need to stay away from that B20 swap. You won't be able to get it barred from everything I've read.

no you won't. you can't have truck engines in a car chasis for that.

b18. 97 or newer or again can't be barred. you can't go backwards.

Lol bard is not the goal people thane for looking out though...and yes Ls vetecs are beastly and b20v are cool aswell just it's tough though 1.8 or 2.0. This might sound odd but I am a rookie what is the liters for? Torque? The more torque the more I'll pull on the launch? Or am I mistaken help though thanks?

Then what is the goal? You never did say. Your original post didn't say much past that you were getting tax money.
