I have a 4-door civic eg8 jdm auto d series. I want to swap to b20b engine, b18 head, b16 ys1 gearbox cable. My question is, Where can I get the Hasport mounting? Do they have something that I can readily install? Or do I just buy the DCSTK mount kit or the EGSTK mount kit? If anyone knows where I can get alternatives or better ones, please send me a link.

u buy the dcstk for b seriesn hasport is the best u can buy

 

you will need to swap the block bracket by the timing belt cover on the b20

if you use a 2 bolt offset 99-00 si block bracket then you would get the EGSTK kit
if you use a 3 bolt 94-01 integra block bracket then you would get the DCSTK kit

 

the mounting has arrived..the mounting valve cover was 3 bolt. Then I looked for a '94 integra 3 bolt block bracket. I tried installing it, but the gearbox mount does not fit. its way off. I bought the hasport egb1 mounting. My car was an auto d-series eg8 but converted to a b20, and ys1 cable tranny. Do I have to cut the gearbox mount bracket to make it fit. I have the pictures and will upload the pictures.

 

 

If using a cable transmission you'll have to cut the pocket mount off the frame and weld on the manual version and then buy a hasport mount for a cable transmission in an EG/DC chassis. I would highly recommend you get a hydro tranny or swap the guts from the YS1 transmission into a hydro case though.

It's either '90 - '93 Integra or custom, I can't remember which.

 

the rear engine bracket needed is 94-01 integra 5spd

 

^ Straight from the horses mouth. I could have sworn it was a '90 - '93 mount but now that I think about i'm not sure why I thought so. Hasport hasn't come out with an auto to manual mount for running a cable transmission in hydro chassis yet though right?
