Oil in Spark plugs.
Hello, I have a problem with my 2000 Honda Civic Si. There is a oil that had leaked into spark plug 3 and 4. 1 and 2 are fine, but 3 and 4 were soaked in oil. I cleaned it as best as I can, changed all spark plugs, and also the wires. The problem is that the car won't turn on now. As I try to turn on the car it sounds like as if wants to turn on, but it just doesn't go. I'm not sure what the problem can be as of right now.

since its a distance away, its a good idea to get together a list of things to do in one trip
i'd try checking the firing order
checking for good spark (bright white w/ bluish tint)
and a little side note that burning oil aids in ruining a catalytic converter, and a completely clogged/bad cat will allow no air flow

I checked the spark plug wires and they are in the correct order. I tested if there was voltage flowing through the wires and there is no voltage flowing through them. I checked if there was a fuse that was blown, but there is none. I'm guessing it can be relay?
Check for continutity in the wires.... Sometimes when the wires are removed it's easy top pull the wire away from the connector at the plug end. Also as was mentioned you should check the the oil seals in the valve cover are in good condidtion and not allowing oil to leak and run down the plug. Best of luck with this.
