oil in the spark plugs

oil in the spark plugs

i went to start my hatchback yesterday and it wouldnt stat after a couple trys so i took the spark plugs out and they were all full of oil. does any one know what the poblem is?

There are seals on the underside of the valvecover, check those. They sit around where the spark plugs would be.
