Firewall -> trans torque mount for a B
I would very much like to get a torque rod back in this spot. Of course no one knows wth I'm talking about so here are the only pics I have, from back during the wiring nightmare..

So, lets say you are intimately familiar with the B at that spot, how can a bracket be made to bolt up a heim to the firewall? (or perhaps a hard rubber). Will it be strong enough for hard driving, ie, can I avoid fatiguing something large?
What about the trans bolt at the T bracket below to the intake studs directly across?

That rig in the pic was drilled and ghetto'd up to assist with the install. It really doesn't fit at all. That front cross bar is coming out anyway for an ESP traction bar. I'm a bit obsessive about this and may put the torque mount there as well. I drive hard and tend to break things and I would honestly be worried about the 2 bolts in the trans with only that mount. After the DA, these motors all came with 2 torque mounts and I'm sure there is a good reason.
And the rear mount will still be filled.

Have you ever thought of making a bar with a bushing on the end to go in the firewall mount and then having one end like a strut brace to go around the 2 distributor bolts.
Or make it aim down towards the bell housing and use one of the trans bell housing bolts?
