Torque Mount Frame Replacement
Greetings HT. Part of my passenger frame (section where the torque mount bolts to the frame) is rusted/torn. I will snap a pic later this evening, but is it possible to cut out the rusted section/replace it? I'm using EGh1 mounts from Hasport (the passenger trans mount bolts to the frame where the torque mount would usually reside), so I need to be able to use this section.
Does Honda sell a replacement section of the frame? Or am I better off having a welder cut/weld the part that's rusted (fwiw, the bolt holes seem to be fine). TIA

Pics for reference:

What are my options at this point? Is any of the section salvageable? To the experienced welders on HT, approximately how much will it cost to 'fix' this situation? TIA

In the obscure chance that others have a similar issue, the following is a link to the parts (from Honda):

cut out the rot and weld in a fresh plate. reenforce the part where the bolt goes in
personally, i would plug weld a strip onto the edges of where you cut, then plug weld the new plate in place, then butt weld it all the way around
