Default Loose shifting

I just got my new exedy stage 1 clutch installed this past weekend. The clutch feels great, but now when I shift it feels loose, my stick and gearbox just feels loose in general. The gears are soggy when I shift. Any ideas?

The shifter bushings are just like 2 things of poly urethane right? Is it hard to install?

No replacing the shift bushings are not hard it pretty simple. You can figure it out just looking at them

Polyurethane shifter bushings are crap. They dry rot and get super loose after only a few years. OEM rubber bushings are superior.

Money well spent. Feels nice and solid now.

Also do u have stock torque mounts..? I got energy suspension engine mount inserts and days and night difference between the stock ones which were ripped and the energy ones. My rear trans mount was ripped to wear the middle just came out. No more engine wooble.

If you use those mount inserts, beware of extreme vibration during idle. I got the set with the torque mounts and rear mount inserts, and only installed the torque mount inserts. The vibration at idle was unbelievable. I couldn't imagine if I had the rear mount inserts installed, or even worse all mounts filled/solid polyurethane. I took the torque mount inserts out about a week later.

Anybody wanna buy some black Energy Suspension torque & rear mount inserts?

yeah I ended up biting the bullet and buying brand new OEM torque mounts and rear engine mount. Not much engine movement at all yet still nice and smooth idle.
