Default DA integra oil return anyone used 45 degree bulkhead?

I want to upgrade my rubber oil return to SS setup with AN fittings on my DA integra. The front crossmember on these integras is in the way quite a bit and was wondering instead of using a -10an weld-on bung + 45 degree AN to the SS hose (not sure if this will even clear) if anyone has used a 45 degree -10an bulkhead fitting (+teflon washers and nut) on the oilpan + straight -10an fitting on the SS hose?

ive had the same problem.
i think a 45 is your best option.
also putting the bung in the right place will help alot at the crosmember gets closer to the sump at the far side of the sump.
ive had a few problems with my drain.
make sure u use at least -10
and make sure the oil drain is pointing down . or oil will leak into ur turbo

are you saying the straight weld fitting plus 45 degree an on the end of the line is best option over 45 degree bulkhead + straight AN fitting? And yes, I'm using -10AN

I'm running #10 as well but I also have the full race c-member. I used a bulk head fitting on the pan and ran a 45º push-loc line to the turbo charger drain which happens to be located on the passenger side of the engine compartment (I'm running a sidewider manifold). The long drain hose helps too; its about 24" long.

The fitting is welded straight on and I've never had any smoking problems. If you wanted to really play it safe go for the #12 line, its not going to hurt at all, well accept for you wallet ;D
