this is my build-

d16z6
Engine-
Vitara pistons- 8:5:1 compression
Eagle h Beam rods (tuner toyz)
Block guard
Ported oil pump

Head-
Bisimoto stage 3 camshaft
Supertech Valve springs and retainers
Ported and polished
5 angle valve job
Skunk 2 intake manifold
B series throttle body

Drivetrain-
S40 TRANS
XTD STAGE 3 CLUTCH
5 speed

I WANT TO BE SHOOTING FOR 350-400 HP....

I just picked up a precision sc44, Rebuilt 0 miles.-
Compressor Cover T04E 3" Inlet
Exhaust Housing T3
A/R .63
Exhaust Trim 63
has a 58mm compressor wheel with a 2.290" inducer and 2.950" exducer (60 trim). 5-bolt discharge side

IVE HEARD A LOT OF GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS TURBO BUT THEN AGAIN PEOPLE TELL ME THAT IT WONT LAST LONG....ITS A JOURNAL BEARING......??? IDK IF I SHOULD KEEP IT OR NOT. VOTE FOR WHETHER I SHOULD KEEP IT OR SELL IT!!!

true it does

i can't for the life of me understand why people spend that kind of money building a d16 rather than an 18c though

Why don't you try maxing out the turbo before you move on to the next?

Run the turbo and see what you can get out of it. If you max it out then upgrade. No reason to spend more money when you dont have to.

what type of fuel is going to be used? What fuel pump(s) used?

mmmm little bit in the head, BUT, bottom ends are pretty similar. aftermarket pistons and rods..ehh..toss up

the head is totally true but you guys are using spendy *** **** to crack 10s anyway. what's a few hundred to get a much better head and a displacement increase?

Do you plan on running e85 at all? If so that would also make the injectors you want to buy larger?
