try a combo of having a friend step onto the rotor, while u use a screwdriver and hammer to tap it out. I always have to tap it back in when im reinstalling it before using the ratchet to screw it back on

You do realize that one of the rear fork nuts isnt meant to come off right? The bolt should spin, not the nut. Use the WD40, it cant be hard.

I had the same problem with mine (of course). I ended breaking the heads of the bolts off. Then had then drilled and ended up replacing the bushings (which had to be next day aired to the dealershit and they ended up ordering the wrong ones anyway-typical of my luck). It was a big PITA.

depends on mileage, where you're at etc. It was a bitch on mine because I was using the stock scisor jack and onyl had about 12 inches of room to play with the breaker bar. and the bushing was all spongy and not letting me get a good grip on it.

Worse comes to worse. Take it out with the LCA still attached. Should be easy to get apart once not attached the vehicle.

I've seen them come right off on some cars and some are a bitch. Try heat. Once, we stripped the heads of the rear bolts on a civic. We didn't have the tools to drill the bolts out so we sawsalled(sp??) the forked part of the factory shocks off. The bolt still would not pound out of the bushing. We actually hammered the bushings out with a socket and hammer and just replaced them. I heard frozen bushings are common.

Do those bushings usually need to be pressed in and out?

They're supposed to be but if your careful a big hammer will work. It's harder to get the old ones out.
On mine I believe the bolt was rusted in the sleeve of the bushing and when the bolt was turned the metal sleeve in the bushing just spun inside.

Yes they stock old bushings will need to be pressed out. My prothane bushings were a tight fit but they can be put in with a couple 2x4s
