Default 99si rear suspension problem

on a freinds car we are installing skunk2s/tokico blues. Anywho we cant seem to get the driver's side lower strut fork bolt off. Any suggestions? the bolt is starting to bugger up, so we might have to cut it, we have replacement bolts. Anything to watch for when cutting it, apparently from what i have heard is that the bolt gets stuck in the bushing. any help or insite would be appreciated. thanks

Mine was kinda a biatch to get off too. I think we ended up using the torque wrench and setting the ft-lbs really high. Just make sure the socket is the right size or the bolt is gonna get its *** kicked. Also, spray some of that Liquid Wrench stuff and\or WD-40 and let it marinate in that for a while, repeat if necessary.

FYI:
NEVER NEVER NEVER use your torque wrench as a breaker bar!

I had to cut one of my bolts and drill it out. This really sucks.

The other one I kept spaying it with WD-40 and hitting it with an air wrench. Finally came out after about a week.

I may have just used a regular socket and nudged it with a hammer between WD-40 sprayings. Don't use constant force on it, do it with seperate jerks to try and pry it loose.

Yup, the guy that was helping me is a horse. He cracked two of my sockets! One of them was one of my impact wrench sockets!
