Is there bright white spark at all four plugs? Any CEL codes?

Post pictures of the plug wire firing order on the cap. Cylinders are ordered 4-3-2-1 as you go from the distributor to the timing belt.

NO CEL, but i did fry the coil on the dizzy, replaced it. a puff of smoke came out...its a d15b7. there is a connector with two wires above the dizzy that when unpluged, the motor turns just fine without hesitation just no ignition

How are you testing for spark? If done incorrectly, you'll blow the coil. Click the Spark link in my signature.
