Default 92 civic- spark plugs wont fire, need help

I was driving my car one day and it just shut off on me. It turns over but will not start. I pulled 2 different spark plugs out to see if they were firing and they were not. I took the distributor apart and ended up replacing the ignition coil, rotator, distributor cap, and spark plugs and I still have the same problem. I have power at the ignition coil and ignition control module, and I tested the resistance of the spark plug wires and they are good. If anybody has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I have been trying to figure it out for a month or so and I have no idea. Thanks again.

Does the fuel pump prime?

Did you replace both the coil and the igniter unit? Any CEL codes?

The timing belt is good and I only replaced the coil, the ignitor still had power so I didnt get a new one.

Igniter units can die. It receiving power does not tell you that it is good. Have an auto parts store test it.

I bought a whole new distributor and a new main relay assembly because it looked and smelled like it got fried and I still am not getting a spark. The only other thing I could think of that may be bad is the ecu. Anyone have any suggestions. thanks a lot.

Also, did you check the Yel/Grn wire running between the igniter unit and ECU for an open or short?
