i had problems like that, but it was my wiring that was messed up like my o2 sensor my oil pressure sensor and all the wires from the distrib. and then after that everything turned out good. check you wiring again it has to be something wrong.

For the code 16. Take a look at your o2 sensor. If its running lean biased or rich biased it will have a big affect on your car. It can make you run super rich or also super lean.

As for the rear mount, are you using mismatched mounts? wack ebay mounts? that could cause a problem with it lining up.

I have the Hasport B to D series mounts for EF and i still had trouble getting the back mount to line up. Me and a friend just had to mess with the motor placement and take the trans mount off a couple times to get everything to line up. None of the mounts i have seen are perfect and just go right in with no frustration.

i did all the wiring by the book,im thinking some of my plugs might be off.it was hard to find a diagram for the harness connectors w/color codes for the wires.
and i went with Innovative mounts because i got a good deal.ill just have to play with them a bit.

Putting the ls in my wagon was the same. The rear mount didn't line up perfect, so I pulled the tranny mount off and wiggled the dern thing in place. I used Innovative EF B series mounts. Make sure all your plugs are in ALL the way. I'm not trying to be a dick but that's what happens sometimes. The plug will LOOK like it's in but it's not completely plugged in. Good luck.
BTW what kind of EF? Hatch, CRX, Sedan or Wagon? Just curious.

I cut a DA Integra shift linkage, shotened it and then welded it back together. It came out perfect and u cant even tell it has been changed. Innovative mounts are good as well i just got a hook up on my hasport mounts for 60 bucks.
