i have a b16 with the stick exhaust manifold and im getting dc 4-1 headers. i noticed that the stock manifold it looks like its bolts that hold the manifold not studs sticking from the head with nuts on them. i thought they were always studs not bolts

 

They should be studs.

 

they can be both.
if you go to majestic its offers either a bolt version or stud. someone i was talking to when i broke one of the said studs said he has both because they sent him bolts instead of studs.

p.s. if its not too late cancel your DC headers buy. unless your in cali.
