Default gsr bad head gasket i think

1994 gsr motor in a 94 civic coupe yesterday on the way home it started running funny like it wasnt gettin enough gas or spark im sure yall heard this before it sounded like a subaru lol so i get it home in the garage start checking the first thing i did was pull the number one plug wire and there is water sitting on top of the plug also in the number two so im guessing that the head gasket is gone car didnt run hot or anything so im guessing i just need to replace it and see what happens what do you guys think .

Yeah water probably got in through the wires. I wouldnt see any other way unless you got a cracked sparkplug tube. But that would be impossible haha

yea i was thinking head gasket because funny story i owned this car a year ago let my freind get he blowed the head gasket because the car ran to hot so he had the head re- worked resurfaced new valves , springs all replaced got a new head gasket but him and his dad put it on upside down tighten everthing and ran the car for a few min. so that gasket has to be crap if im correct but its weird to me how the water is sittin on the top of the plugs
